Theme for this year's ball is - A Night to Treasure

Date: March 27, 2010

Place: The I-Wireless Center

$70.00 per person for Dinner

$35.00 per person for Dance

($45.00 at the door for dance only)

Dinner Menu

1st Course: Duck rillette with citrus salad

2nd Course: Tomato tartar with haricot verte salad and frisee

Duet Entree: Braised short ribs with lobster served with carrots, parsnips and turnips; warm

potato salad; rolls with butter rosettes; coffee, tea, milk

Dessert: Cream puffs with pistachio ice cream

(Vegetarian Meals are also available.)

Dance Hors D'oeuvres:

Warm Spinach & Artichoke Dip with Gourmet Crackers and Homemade Croutons

Vegetable Crudités, Fresh Fruit Display, Cubed Cheeses and Crackers, Smoked Pork Tenderloin on a small biscuit with flavored may topped with an avocado/red pepper strip; Petit Fours

Doors Open - 4:45 pm

Dinner is served at 5:45 pm
