School registration date is set for Eagle Ridge

The Carbon Cliff – Barstow School District, Eagle Ridge School, will be holding school registration for the 2012-2013 school year, grades Kindergarten through eighth grade, on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Eagle Ridge School located at 2002 Eagle Ridge Drive in Silvis. The hours are 8:00am – 11:30am and 2:00pm – 6:00pm.

Students entering kindergarten and sixth grade must have a school physical completed by the first day of the school year, August 6, 2012.

Students entering Kindergarten, second and sixth grade are required to have a dental exam.

Students in Kindergarten and new students to the district are to have a vision exam. Also, a legal copy of your child's birth certificate is required. Students new to the district please bring with you the name, address and or phone number of your child's previous school.

Proof of residency will be required for all students.

The first day of school will be Monday, August 6, 2012. This will be a full day of attendance. Elementary and Middle Schools hours are 8:00-3:00.
