Get a basic understanding of quality with Quality 101
Discover fundamental quality principles and practices for success in an organization with the Black Hawk College course, "Quality 101."
This is a cost-effective, base-line quality training course. It can be used as an introduction of quality tools, a refresher training or general professional development. It also prepares individuals for the Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) certification exam.
The class will meet Wednesdays, Oct. 10 to Nov. 14, from 6-9 p.m. at the college's Quad-Cities Campus in Moline. The cost is $395, which includes all materials.
