Liliane T. Owens, 75, of Davenport, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at University Hospitals, Iowa City. Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic, Davenport. Burial is at Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries, Davenport, and 9:30 a.m. to services at church. Surviving are her husband, Earl "Dewayne"; children, Cindy Soltau, Michelle, Randall, Angela Mealy, Davenport, Elizabeth, Janette Dooley; 11 grandchildren; sister, Josette Lyons, Davenport.
