Richard M. Dvorak, 56, of Davenport, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012.
Burial is 11:30 a.m. Friday at Rock Island National Cemetery. To attend, meet at Cunnick-Collins, Davenport, at 11 a.m. Services follow at 1 p.m. at Bettendorf Christian Church.
He was born June 12, 1956, in Belle Plaines, Iowa, to Richard E. Sr. and Avis Dvorak. He married Sharon Andresen-Gunsolus. He later married Monica Ponce.
Surviving are his wife; daughter, Michelle Dvorak; son, Michael Dvorak; four grandchildren; brother, Denny Dvorak; sister, Judy Dvorak.

1989 — 25 years ago: Beginning this fall, Black Hawk College will offer a continuing education course in horseback riding at the Wright Way Equestrian Center, Moline, located just east of the Deere Administration Center.
