Accident causes major traffic jam on John Deere Road

Moline emergency personnel transport an accident victim to an ambulance after using the Jaws of Life to remove the male subject from the passenger side of a car involved in a multiple-vehicle accident at the intersection of John Deere Road and 41st Street in Moline Thursday Dec. 6, 2012. The accident took place about 1:10 p.m. and snarled westbound traffic for about an hour. The intersection was reopened at 2:20 p.m.
