Services for Robert Spragg Sr., 82, Davenport, are 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony's, Davenport. Burial is in National Cemetery, Rock Island. Visitation is 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries and 9 a.m. to services at the church. He died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2012, in Davenport. He was born in 1930 in Iowa City. He married Odell Cook in 1951. She died in 2009. Survivors are children, Robert Jr., LeClaire, Renee, Rhonda Parris, Davenport, Roxanne Powers, Kansas City, Kan., Rose Little, Paducah, Ky.; nine grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
