UT teachers reach tentative agreement with school district

The United Township High School District and the United Township Education Association have reached a tentative agreement, UT Superintendent Jay Morrow said Friday.

The teachers' two-year contract expired July 31.

"UTEA President Darla Austin and I cannot release details until ratification by both the UTEA and the BOE (UT Board of Education)," Mr. Morrow said Friday. "Darla and I will issue a statement and details next week."
