Velimir Dujakovic, 66, of Davenport, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.

A service is at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cunnick-Collins, Davenport, with visitation 10-11:30 a.m.

He was born Sept. 20, 1946, in Tesanj, Bosnia. He married Kata Cupic.

He is survived by his wife; daughter, Mirela (Brian) Morris, Davenport; son, Miso, Davenport; and two grandchildren.
