Funeral services for Mary Jane Hecht, 94, who died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at Great River Hospice House, West Burlington, Iowa, will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Mediapolis, Iowa. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. Interment will be at Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington. Memorials have been established for Immanuel Lutheran Church and Mediapolis Ambulance Service. Surviving is her sister, Barbara Lundahl, Moline.

Illinois Department of Transportation crews drove onto it to makeborings for the relocation of the junction of Illinois 84 and the Port Byron-Hillsdale road.
