Ron Stahlhut, 54, of Bettendorf, died Dec. 28, 2012, at his home. Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Calvary Church of the Quad Cities, Moline. Visitation is 4 to 7 pm on Wednesday at Weerts, Davenport. He was born July 29, 1958, in Waterloo, Iowa. He married Lynelle Van Hove-Ness March 2, 1996. He had been employed by Deere & Company, Moline. Surviving are his wife; sons, Ben Ness, Davenport and Daniel, at home; daughter, Lydia, at home; mother, Florence Luloff, Bettendorf; sister, Barb Caves, Porterfield, Wis.; and nieces.
