Dr. Wayne Zemelka, 77, of Bettendorf, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at ManorCare, Davenport.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, at Runge, Davenport. Visitation is 4-6 p.m. Wednesday.
He married Carolyn Lane in 2004 in Davenport.
Survivors are wife; stepchildren, Kim Meinert, Georgia, Linda Lane, Georgia, and Scott Lane, Davenport; five grandchildren; brothers, Roger, Arizona, Michael, Ohio, and Jerry, Ohio; sister, Marge Dimengo, Ohio.
