Cremation rites were accorded. In accordance with her wishes, there is no viewing or service. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Runge Mortuary, Davenport. She was born March 21, 1937, in Harrisburg, Ill., to Charles and Mary Grant. She married Charles Shaffer June 17, 1961, in Dubuque, Iowa. Surviving are her husband; son, Kenneth, LeClaire; daughter, Nancy, Davenport; and brother, James Kent, Chino Hills, Calif.
