Beg your pardon: Cain, Shaver
A Wednesday article about a lawsuit filed against County Waste Systems Inc. incorrectly identified the driver of the car reportedly hit by the garbage truck driven by Randall H. Cain, of Davenport. Mr. Cain is accused of running a redlight at16th Avenue in East Moline and turning the wrong way on a one-way and colliding with a car driven by Donald E. Shaver, of Taylor Ridge. Mr. Shaver is suing because of his injuries. We regret the error.
