Dorothy "Dede" Martens, 85, of Davenport, died Jan. 16, 2013, at her home.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Monday at Runge, Davenport, with visitation two hours prior to the services. Burial is at Rock Island National Cemetery, Arsenal Island.
She was born Jan. 23, 1927, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Leonard and F. Lucille Duman. She married Richard Martens Sr. in 1948. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are her children, Julie (Clyde Mayfield), Richard Jr. (Sachiko) and David (Beth); 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
