James A. Campbell, 78, of Davenport, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at his home. Services are 1 p.m. Friday at Runge, Davenport, with visitation at 11 a.m. Burial is at Davenport Memorial Park. He was born May 5, 1934, in Davenport, to George C. and Zelma Campbell. He married Delores Roberts in 1957. Surviving are his wife; children, Bob Schur, Peoria, James, Missouri, Randy, Christopher, Davenport, Kimberly Campbell, Des Moines, Iowa; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Carl, Larry, Charlotte Vinzant.
