Moline's Sanchez to play soccer at Carthage

Moline senior midfielder Brandon Sanchez will continue his soccer career at Carthage College. Sanchez is the first Maroon senior soccer player to announce his college intention.

Last season, Sanchez tallied two assists as Moline finished 15-6-1 with a berth in the Class 3A regional final. In two varsity seasons, he helped the Maroons to a pair of Western Big 6 Conference titles.

Carthage went 14-6 last season and finished third in the CCIW with a 4-3 mark.
