RI man faces drug charge after arrest on Jan. 24

Terry Michael Brooks Jr., 25, of 933 14th Ave., Rock Island, faces a felony count of drug manufacturing/dealing after he was arrested on Jan. 24 with 1-15 grams of cocaine, police said.

Mr. Brooks made an initial appearance the following day in Rock Island County Circuit Court.

He remained in Rock Island County Jail on Wednesday on a $125,000 bond and awaits a Tuesday preliminary hearing.
