Joyce Sesbeau

Joyce Sesbeau, 80, of Rock Island, passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at St. Anthony's Care Center, Rock Island. Private services will be held at a later date. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Rock Island, is assisting the family. Joyce was born on May 27, 1932, in Edmore, N.D., the daughter of John and Louise Stewart Ruysbroek. Survivors include her children, Julie German, Phoenix, Ariz., and Joe Sesbeau, Reston, Va.
