Erma Brownlee, Aledo, will be honored at an open house on Sunday, Feb. 24, in observance of her 95th birthday.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend from noon to 3 p.m. at the new Aledo Fire Station. Bring no gifts, just memories.
Erma McCrery was born Feb. 24, 1918. She married Robert Brownlee, Alexis, on Sept. 9, 1944, in Monmouth. He passed away in August 1994.
Her daughter is Connie (Kent) Gerber, Aledo. Her grandchildren are Traci (Don) Yates, New Boston; Jon (Kathy Marlow), Geneseo; and Brian (Kayde) Gerber, Aledo. Her great-grandchildren are Kyle Yates, Karlee and Tinlee Gerber, Sage, Jayden and Sydney Marlow.
She is a member of Norwood Presbyterian Church, Alexis.
