June trial set for man charged with reckless homicide, DUI

CAMBRIDGE -- A June 4-6 bench trial has been scheduled for a Toulon man charged in connection with the deaths of three Stark County teens in a November 2011 car accident near Kewanee.

Morgan Blakey, 20, is charged with Class 2 felony aggravated driving under the influence and Class 3 felony reckless homicide in the Nov. 29, 2011, deaths of Levi Berg, 16, and Kelsey Clifford, 15, both of Toulon, and Bradley Wood Jr., 18, of Wyoming, Ill.

Henry County Circuit Court Judge Ted Hamer will hear the case June 4-6. A hearing on a motion to suppress will be held June 4.Charges were filed last March.
