Jerry L. Jones, 70, of Galesburg, formerly of Galva, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at Rosewood Care Center, Galesburg. Cremation has been accorded. Private inurnment services are at a later date. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services, Galva, is handling arrangements. He was born May 1, 1942, in Kewanee, to Glenn H. and Mildred L. Grant Jones. He was employed at Butler Manufacturing in Galesburg and also worked as a self-employed painter. Surviving are his brother and sister-in-law, Guy "Jeep" and Gretchen Jones, Cambridge; nephew, Dwain "Harv" (Sandy) Jones, Cambridge; and nieces, Gail (Brian) Kenney, Galva, and Barbara (C.J.) Ramage, Danville, Ky.
