Trinity offers stress-reduction class March 7

Trinity Regional Health System will host "Stress-Free Living," from 6:30-7:30 p.m., Thursday, March 7, at Trinity Bettendorf.
Sarah Slavick, mental health professional from the Robert Young Center, will explain the causes of stress and the most effective ways of dealing with it.
Stress has been identified as a leading cause of many health problems because it drains our physical, emotional and mental energy. According to the American Psychological Association 77 percent of Americans experience physical and psychological symptoms related to stress.
There is no cost to attend the class. Reservations are recommended by calling 309 779-2993 or email garetsbe@ihs.org.
