Saturday's championship game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. All games are at regular-season champion Illinois Wesleyan, at the Shirk Center in Bloomington.

Tuning in: This game, as well as all Augie contests, can be heard on the web at www.augustana.edu/vikingsvideo. Twitter updates: @TJ_DA.

Augie starters: G: Dan Jurgutis, 6-0 So. (10.8 ppg, 2.8 rpg); G, Jawan Straughter, 6-0, Fr. (1.9, 1.9); F, Ben Ryan, 6-5, Fr. (11.9, 6.6); F, Tayvian Johnson, 6-6, Fr. (6.3, 3.7); C, Brandon Kunz, 6-7, Sr. (11.6, 6.8)

Augie vs. the field: The Vikings lost both games to IWU, falling 63-60 in Bloomington and 71-65 at home after having a 16-point first-half lead. Augie was beaten twice by North Central (59-46 and 76-62) and twice by Wheaton (86-67 and 58-57).

Regional rankings: All four teams in this field are ranked in the top eight of the latest NCAA Midwest Regional rankings – IWU (1), Wheaton (3), North Central (4) and Augustana (8). In the D3hoops.com national poll, IWU is ranked No. 3, North Central is No. 5 and Wheaton is No. 20. Augie, which had been ranked earlier in the season, is among those receiving votes.

Of note: Augie is the only team to have earned spots in all eight CCIW Men's Basketball Tournaments, with titles in 2007, '08 and '11. It has been all-or-nothing for coach Grey Giovanine's club in the tournament – either winning the title or losing in the semis. … Wheaton is in its seventh league gathering, having only missed the tournament in the debut year of 2006. The Thunder won the 2009 tourney. … IWU is coming in to its sixth league tourney off its first CCIW regular-season crown since 2005 and first under seventh-year coach Ron Rose. The Titans are looking for their first tourney title. … North Central is the defending tourney champ. In its sixth tourney appearance, the Cardinals are looking for their third title, having also won in 2006.
