Shaun Michael McFate, 35, of Bettendorf, passed away February 2013, at his home.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at McGinnis-Chambers, Bettendorf, with visitation 10 a.m. to services.
He was born Jan. 19, 1978, in Iowa City, Iowa, son of Larry and Cheryl McFate. He was a 1996 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School.
Surviving are his son, Blake, Bettendorf; father, Larry "Chubbs" McFate, Bettendorf; mother, Cheryl K. Stanley, South Carolina; sister, Krystle Bolton, South Carolina; and grandmother, Ellen McFate, Bettendorf.
