Jay Rolfes, 48, of Bettendorf, died Feb., 28, 2013, in Cordova.
Services are 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Lourdes, Bettendorf. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday at Weerts, Davenport. Burial is in Jack's Cemetery, rural LeClaire.
He was born Nov. 15, 1964, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Elmer and Cecilia Rolfes.
Survivors are his wife, Lynn; stepdaughter, Melissa Welsh, Bettendorf; stepson, Justin Welsh, Chicago; father, Cedar Rapids; sister, Geralyn Lloyd, Burlington, Iowa; brothers, Michael, Cedar Rapids, and Kevin, Seattle, Wash.
