Mark G. Newman, 65, of Tampico, died Thursday, March 28, 2013, at CGH Medical Center, Sterling.
Visitation is 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday with services at 1 p.m. at Garland, Tampico. Cremation follows.
He was born May 20, 1947. He married Susan Thompson Jan. 25, 1969.
Surviving are his wife; children, Clinton Walker, Hillsboro, Ill., Mark, Tampico, Mathew, Morrison, Tya Boucher, Rock Falls; 15 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; father, Ora, Tampico; siblings, Marty, Tampico, Betty Ellen Frank, Lyndon, Bridget Loudenberg, Prophetstown, Beth Sonnenberg, Prophetstown, Beda Walzer, Sterling, Babette Kennedy-Dean, Winfield, Ill., and Betina Hummel, Naperville, Ill.
