Moline 5th Avenue construction delayed till April 22

5th Avenue, 11th Street to 14th Street

Valley Construction was set to begin the reconstruction of 5th Avenue, from 11th Street to 14th Street the week of April 15, 2013. Due to this week's forecast, construction has been delayed and is now set to begin anytime between April 22, 2013 and May 6, 2013, weather allowing.
