Sarah Kromphardt, 91, of Davenport, died Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Trinity Bettendorf.
Private family services will be held. Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family.
She was born Feb. 12, 1922, in Warsaw, Poland, to Alex and Rachel Kirsch Wygoda. She married Dean I. Kromphardt Sept. 10, 1945, in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Surviving are her husband; son, Roger (Jill Green) Kromphardt; grandchildren, Andy (Kathleen) Kromphardt and Timothy (Keri) Kromphardt; great-grandchild, Makayla Kromphardt; and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Al Melikian; and infant son, Eric Lynn Kromphardt.
