Work began Tuesday on "Imagine the Possibilities," a mural project by Dominic Velando, of Davenport, at the Davenport Public Library.

The mural will highlight the library's assets and the community's vibrancy. Featured elements will include travel, music and children's literature, as well as the library's designation as the first all-electronic Patent and Trademark Resource Center in the country.
