Virginia L. McGowan, 77, of Davenport, died Friday, March 14, 2014, at Genesis West, Davenport.
Services are noon Tuesday at Third Missionary Baptist, Davenport, with visitation 11 a.m. to services. Burial is at Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport.
She married Mack B. McGowan. He died in 2002.
Surviving are daughters, Linda Fay McGowan, Veola McGowan and Margaret Ann McGowan; sons, Lang B. McGowan, Jayoma McGowan, MacArthur McGowan, Floyd McGowan and Lavon McGowan; 34 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and three sisters.
