Leonard Dale "Andy" Anderson, 90, of Davenport, died May 8, 2014, at his son's home in Port Byron.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Monday at McGinnis-Chambers, Bettendorf, with visitation 11:30 a.m. to services. Burial is at Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport.
He was born April 7, 1924. He married Roberta Sportsman in 1947.
He was a World Ward II Navy veteran.
Surviving are his wife; sons, Robert, Port Byron, and Terry, Coal Valley; grandchildren, Brenda, Robert Jr., Matthew, Jennifer, Brian; 19 great-grandchildren.

1989 — 25 years ago: Beginning this fall, Black Hawk College will offer a continuing education course in horseback riding at the Wright Way Equestrian Center, Moline, located just east of the Deere Administration Center.
