2014 Quad City Strength & Fitness Expo

The Quad City Strength & Fitness Expo is planned from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Davenport RiverCenter.

The event will include an Iowa's Strongest Man Strongman contest, a Grip Strength challenge, a Power Lifting contest, a Crossfit competition and MAS wrestling. There also will be a tactical challenge featuring local police and firefighters competing for the first Guns-N-Hoses title.

Also planned is a vendor expo and visits by 2011/2013 World's Strongest Man Brian Shaw, Legendary Strongman Odd Haugen, IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Fred "Biggie" Smalls and power lifting greats "Captain" Kirk Karwoski and Julie Scanlon.
