Visitation is 3 to 5 Wednesday at Runge, Davenport, with a memorial service following.
He was born Sept. 5, 1947, in Canby, Minn., to Sanford and Dorothy Thovson. He married Dianne Reynolds Sept. 14, 1973. She preceded him in death.
He was respected and admired by all who knew him.
Surviving are his children, Katie Thovson and James Thovson; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; parents; brothers, Bill Thovson, Jim Thovson; sisters, Diane Thovson, Susan Adams and Becky Thovson.

Burial and graveside services are at 11 a.m. Friday at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, Ill. Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to services Thursday, both at the church.
She died May 18, 2013, at Trinity Bettendorf. Local arrangements are by Halligan-McCabe–DeVries, Davenport.
Surviving are her husband, Kevin; children, Ashlee, Ava, Austin, Aidan; mother, Angela Adams; brother, Todd Helmick.

05/20/2013, 6:54 pm Jeffrey S. Sulouff, 59, of Reynolds, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013, at Unity Point Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island, after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, 201 E. 4th Ave., Milan. Visitation will be an hour prior to service time. Memorials may be made in care of the American Cancer Society.
Jeffrey was born on May 4, 1954, a son of Robert and Nadine Peters Sulouff. He married Jeanie Benson on Feb. 14, 1983, in Nashua, Iowa. They would later divorce; however, they stayed extremely close.
Jeffrey was employed by the Reynolds Manufacturing Company in Milan. He loved camping and fishing.
Survivors include his soulmate, Jeanie Sulouff, Rock Island; daughter (and spouse), Chelsey (David) DeCap, Moline; sisters, Cindy (Tom) Scott, Rock Island, and Cherie (Mike) Ros, East Moline; a niece; and three nephews. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents.

Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Fairfield Amish Mennonite Church, Tampico. Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Fairfield Amish Mennonite School. Garland, Tampico, is handling arrangements.
She was born July 9, 1925, to Loyd and Elva Swartzentuber. She married William Schrock Dec. 3, 1946. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are children, Bertha Headings, Blue River, Wis., Nancy, Tampico, Clifford, Bellevue, Iowa, Larry, Middletown, Mo., Lenora Hostetler, Deer Grove, Ill., Earl, Deer Grove, Stanley, Leola, Pa.; 32 grandchildren; and 64 great-grandchildren.

05/20/2013, 6:54 pm Juanita Mae Kutzman, 83, of Geneseo passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013, at her home.
A funeral service celebrating her life will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 24, at the Vandemore Funeral Home in Geneseo. Pastor Doug Shook will officiate. Burial will follow at North Cemetery, Geneseo. A visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Juanita Kutzman Memorial Fund.
Juanita was born on April 13, 1930, in East Moline, the daughter of Leonard and Rosalie Brown Sundblade. She was united in marriage to Ray Kutzman Sr. on Nov. 8, 1948, in Pocahontas, Ark. He preceded her in death on July 29, 2003. She and her husband, Ray, raised eight children.
Juanita was a member of the Moose in Geneseo. She loved singing, and music was the center of the Kutzman family. She loved nature and especially her dog, Nieko. She also enjoyed fishing with her family. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and the opportunity to spoil them. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
Survivors include four sons, Joe Kutzman, Geneseo, Ray Kutzman Jr., Colona, William (Marilyn) Kutzman, Colona, Michael Kutzman, California; two daughters, Debbie (Tom) Novotny, Woodridge, Brenda (Michael) Henry, Rock Island; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Virginia Turner, East Moline; one cousin, Patricia Bartlett, Council Bluffs, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ray; and two sons, Larry William and Robert Alan.

Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bosma-Renkes, Morrison, with visitation at 10 a.m. Burial is at Fenton Cemetery.
He was born Jan. 17, 1941, in Beardstown, Ill., to Lester and Helen Fair. He married Warren Dollinger Jr. July 23, 2010.
Surviving are his spouse; siblings, Patricia Cox, Savanna, Marcia Fair, Clinton, Iowa, Susan Fair, Camanche, Iowa, David Brown, California, Daniel Brown, Clinton, and Bradley Thurman, Rushville, Ill.

05/20/2013, 6:54 pm Duane M. Moline, 84, of East Moline, died on Friday, May 17, 2013, at his residence.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 25, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, 6601 38th Ave., Moline. Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial is at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline, with military honors conducted by Moline American Legion Post 246. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society.
Duane was born on Feb. 10, 1929, in Moline, the son of Roy C. and Ethel E. Anderson Moline. He married Edna M. Ward on Feb. 14, 1959, in Moline.
Duane was employed as a forklift operator for International Harvester for 35 years. He was a Signal Corps Army veteran of the Korean War.
Duane liked working with his hands, working with leather, woodworking and on cars. He was a Chicago White Sox fan. Duane especially loved to dance with Edna.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Moline, East Moline; daughter, Sheri Blackwell, Davenport; stepdaughter, Brenda Collins, East Moline; grandchildren, Wendy, Scott Jr. and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Sydney, Quentin and Aleya; stepgrandchildren, Denise, Terry and Mark Collins; brother, Kenny Moline, Peoria. He was preceded in death by brother, Harland; and son, Randy.
