    Ann M. Fillingane, 79, of Beloit, Wis., formerly of Moline, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, at Beloit Memorial Hospital.

    Funeral Services will be noon Wednesday at DeRoo Funeral Home, Moline. Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with a rosary recited at 3 p.m. by the St. Mary's Altar & Rosary Society. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Moline, or St. Thomas Catholic Church, Beloit.

    The former Ann Zakovec was born March 24, 1925, in Ashland County, Wis., the daughter of Charles and Rose Mashuda Zakovec. She married Robert Fuhr in July 1946, in Moline. He preceded her in death in April of 1963. She later married Erskine Fillingane in November 1979, in Whittier, Calif. He preceded her in death in 1989.

    Ann was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Beloit, St. Mary's Altar & Rosary Society, Moline, and former member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Moline.

    Survivors include sons, Robert Fuhr, Rock Island, and Jeffrey Fuhr; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

    William Reveles

    Funeral services for William C. Reveles, 85, of Moline, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Silvis. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Arrangements are by Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline.

    Mr. Reveles died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005, at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis.

    Bill was born Feb. 2, 1919, in Aurora, Ill., the son of Ynes and Piedad Contrares Reveles. He married Ramona Casillas Aug. 17, 1943, at the Rock Island Court House. They were later remarried in the Catholic Church in Paris, Texas.

    He served in the U.S. Army during World War II being stationed in the European Theatre of Operations. He had worked as an Iron Worker for the Iron Worker's Local 111.

    He was life member of the VFW Post 8890, East Moline, and a member of the Catholic Blue Army.

    Survivors include sister and brother-in-law, Irene and Manual Sandoval, Ft. Madison, Iowa; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Margaret Reveles, California; sisters-in-law, Connie Lopez, Moline, Agnas Oostendorp, Coal Valley, Frances DeKock, Moline, Christine Medina, Galesburg; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Max and Grace Casillas, East Moline, Joe and Elena Casillas, Moline; many nieces and nephews; special niece, Mary Gomez, Silvis.

    George Herman Dame, 92, of East Moline, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis.

    Herman Ebbesen

    Herman T. Ebbesen, 91, of East Moline, died Jan. 20, 2005, at Aspenwood Health Care, Silvis.

    Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Zion Lutheran Church, East Moline. Per Herman's wishes, his body will be cremated. Schroder Mortuary, Silvis, is assisting the family with arrangements. Inurnment is in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, East Moline, at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Zion Lutheran Building Fund.

    He was born April 8, 1913, in Carbon Cliff, to Ernest and Caroline Arrendsen Ebbesen. He married Doris Stotmeister-Hillman Aug. 18, 1957, at Zion Lutheran, East Moline. She preceded him in death Oct. 7, 2002.

    Herman was a carpenter mason. He served in the Army during World War II.

    He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, East Moline, the Optimist Club and Carbon Cliff Fire Department.

    Survivors (and spouses) include his daughter, Vicki (James) Rocker, East Moline; grandchildren, Crista Miller and Kurt Rocker; great-grandchildren, Codie and Drake O'Neal, and Cassie, McKenzie and Joe Rocker; sister, Anne Schmidt, Carbon Cliff, and Bertha (Deane) Beytes, Florida; brother, Carl Ebbesen, California; and many nieces and nephews.

    R. Joann Davis, 71, of Milan, died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005, at her home.

    Funeral services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church, Rock Island. Visitation is 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan, where further arrangements are pending.

    Cindy Etheridge

    Cindy L. Etheridge, 40, of Colona, died Jan. 21, 2005, at her home. She was surrounded by her family and friends.

    Services are noon Tuesday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Township Cemetery, Pleasant Valley, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

    She was born April 12, 1964, in Moline, to Dean and JoAnne Mock Baker. She married Charles R. Etheridge Dec. 22, 1995, in Des Moines, Iowa. They were a loving couple for 18 years.

    She was a homemaker. She loved to travel, especially to Alabama, and loved NASCAR racing, ``especially No. 3.''

    Survivors include her loving husband, Charles; daughter, Melissa Lawson, Colona; son, Charles Etheridge II, Des Moines; grandchildren, Ashley Etheridge, Swedona, Ill., Audrey Palmer, Swedona, and Charles Etheridge III, Rock Island; sister, Midge Cantrell, Des Moines; brothers, Gary Baker, Rock Island, and Tom Mitchell, Davenport; special nephew, Michael Baker, Des Moines; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather and grandparents.

    Cindy was a very loving mother and wife ``Butter Cup.''

    Neoma McDaniel

    Neoma J. McDaniel, 84, of Geneseo, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, at Hillcrest Home, Geneseo.

    Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Wright Chapel, Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services, Geneseo. Visitation is one hour prior to the services at Wright Chapel. Burial is in St. John's Church Cemetery, rural Geneseo. Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, Edford Township, Henry County, where she was a member.

    Neoma Roesner was born Feb. 24, 1920, in Orion, the daughter of Edward and Grace Boehm Roesner. She graduated from Orion High School. Neoma married Harry D. McDaniel Sept. 24, 1941, in St. John's Church parsonage. He died Oct. 25, 1980.

    Survivors include cousins, nieces and nephews and special friends, Russel and Heidi Owen, Geneseo.

    Lillian Bledsoe

    Lillian I. Bledsoe, 81, Davenport, died Jan. 20, 2005, in Clinton, Iowa.

    Services are 11:30 a.m. Monday at Runge, Davenport. Visitation is one hour prior. Burial is in National Cemetery, Arsenal Island.

    She was born April 19, 1923. She married Lloyd Westerdale in 1940. They divorced. She married Lloyd Hamer. They divorced. She married Alfred Bledsoe in 1964. He died in 1978.

    Surviving are five children including, Charlie Bledsoe, JoAnne Hockman and Debra Diaz, all Clinton; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, LeRoy Howard, Walcott, sister, Fran Brammann, Davenport.

    Tolly Johnson Jr.

    Tolly O. Johnson Jr., 51, Davenport and California, died Jan. 20, 2005, at Trinity at Terrace Park, Bettendorf.

    Visitation is 1 to 4 p.m. today at Weerts, Davenport. Services are in Lake Forest, Calif. Burial is in Orange County, Calif.

    He was born June 16, 1953, in New York, N.Y., to Tolly O. Sr. and Viola Brown Johnson. He married Robyn Jenkins.

    Surviving are his wife, Robyn, Beverly Hills, Calif.; children, Tenille Hunt and Robert Johnson, both of Trabuco Canyon, Calif., Vanessa Johnson, Connecticut; his mother, Bronx, N.Y.; four siblings; and five grandchildren.

    Alvira T. Murphy, 99, formerly of Bettendorf and Davenport, died Jan. 17, 2005, at Forest Hill Health & Rehab Center, East Moline.

    Services 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Long Grove. Burial is in St. Ann's Cemetery. Visitation is 11 a.m. to services. Arrangements are by Halligan-McCabe-DeVries, Davenport.

    She was born Jan. 5, 1906, in Bergen, Norway, to Thomas and Andrea Eliason Sharpe. She married Thomas D. Murphy Aug. 29, 1931, in Davenport. He preceded her in death Aug. 3, 1988.

    Survivors (and spouse) include a son, Thomas D. (Maylon) Murphy, Bluffton, S.C.; grandchildren, Suzanne Donavon, Amy Statton, Anne Statton, Louri Linxweiler, Kersti Azar, Marcia Murphy, Elizabeth McGinnis and Thomas Daniel Murphy; and four great-grandchildren.

    LeRoy Rieck

    LeRoy F. Rieck, 58, Davenport, died Jan. 20, 2005, at Genesis Medical Center, East, Davenport.

    Services are 1 p.m. Monday with visitation 11 a.m to 1 p.m. at Runge, Davenport. Burial is in Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport.

    He born Nov. 6, 1946, in Davenport, to LaVerne and Frances Rieck. He married Diane Haggerty April 20, 1968.

    Surviving are his wife; sons, Bill Rieck, Rick, Bob and Ron, all Davenport, Les, Kingman, Ariz.; daughters, Debbie Springer, Springfield, Ohio, Anna Loudahl, Monmouth; grandchildren, Nichole, Katelinn, Morgan, Andrew, Elizabeth and Carrie.

    She was born Aug. 15, 1927, in Beloit, Wis., to James and Fay Pink Copeland. She married Everette Squire Oct. 4, 1952. He died Nov. 26, 2001.

    Surviving are children, Sandy, Edward, both Davenport, William, Dubuque, Iowa; four grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; four siblings including, Virginia Clingman, Bettendorf.

    Janet `Peggy' Walatka

    Janet ``Peggy'' Walatka, 87, Davenport, died Jan. 21, 2005, at Genesis, West Campus, Davenport.

    Services are 1 p.m. Monday at Holy Family Catholic, Davenport. Burial is in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation is 3 to 7 p.m. today at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries, Davenport.

    She married August Walatka July 5, 1941. He died in 1979.

    Surviving are seven children including, Mary Marietta, Ann Stolmeier, Kathleen McBride, Tom Walatka, all Davenport, Therese Speth, Bettendorf; 30 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two sisters including, Marjorie Paulsen, Davenport.
