The East Moline Police Department will be conducting several traffic enforcement details during the St. Patrick's Day campaign between March 12-20, 2012.

Officers will set up a roadside safety check and conduct saturation patrols throughout this campaign. Several of these zones will include nighttime enforcement.

These traffic campaigns are funded through a Sustained Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) grant from the Illinois Department of Transportation.

The East Moline Police Department encourages everyone to buckle up, drive careful and most importantly refrain from driving while impaired.
