-- What's your name and hometown? Kristofer Loff and Lindsey Rives, Moline.

-- What's your pet's name, species/breed, age? Annie, English Setter, 7.

-- What does your pet look like? Cutest thing you've ever seen! Tri-colored "pocket" setter.

-- How did your pet get his/her name? The staff at the Muscatine Animal Shelter named her. And when we met Annie, we thought it fit her perfectly!

-- What nickname have you given your pet, and why? Annie Bear -- she's as snuggly and cuddly as a teddy bear!

-- Describe something unique about your pet. She purrs like a cat when she is snuggling with her Mom or Dad.

-- Does your pet look like you? As much as we love her, we hope not!

-- What's your favorite thing to do or place to go with your pet? Walk along the Mississippi, play at the dog park, and visit the grandparents.

-- What's your pet peeve about your pet? She's a scaredy-cat!

-- What's your pet's favorite treat and/or favorite "people food"? Popcorn! She runs to the kitchen when she hears the kernels popping.

-- What the naughtiest thing your pet has ever done? Brought a dead mouse into the house and held it between her paws at the foot of the bed. Yuck!

-- What's the silliest thing your pet has ever done? Every year when we bring out the plastic Halloween cat, she goes crazy and barks at it!

-- How did you meet/find your pet? We found Annie on petfinder.com. We knew we wanted to adopt a homeless pet!

-- Why did you choose this kind of pet? Kris' parents had an amazing English setter named Jessie. It inspired us to look for a setter of our own.

-- What are the pros/cons of this pet? Pros: loving, loyal, and small enough to fit in the bed. Cons: Sometimes she can be stinky.

-- Do you celebrate your pet's birthday? Yes! She gets an extra-special treat and a new toy!

-- If your pet were a celebrity, who would he/she be? Ellen DeGeneres because she's goofy and a lot of fun!

-- What's your pet's best trick? She can roll over.

-- What words in "human speak" does your pet understand?

"Let's go watch a movie" -- Annie will run to the basement where the big screen is.

"Let's go night-night."

"Mama's comin' home."

"Let's go bye-bye."

"Wanna treat?"

"Walkies."

"Who's here?"
