Bernice A. Smith Johnson, 94, Davenport, died April 5, 2012, at Riverview Manor, Pleasant Valley.

Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic, Rapids City, with visitation at 10 a.m. Graveside services are 3 p.m. Tuesday at Burlington, Iowa, Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Gibson, Port Byron.

Surviving are children, Adrain (Marianna) Smith, Rapids City, Nancy Sickles, Doug Smith; 12 grandchildren; many great- and great-great-grandchildren; a brother. Her husbands, Eldon Smith and Wayne Johnson, preceded her in death.
