Pet parents adopting dogs and cats from the Humane Society of Scott County or cat owners who receive vouchers to participate in our annual low cost spay/neuter promotion planned for February 2013 are eligible to have their pets spay or neutered under a program funded by the Build-A-Bear Workshop Bear Hugs Foundation.
