Alice K. Johnson, 94, of Park Ridge, Ill., formerly of Rock Island, passed away May 11, 2012, in Resurrection Retirement Home, Chicago, Ill.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 17, at Sacred Heart Church, Rock Island. Interment will follow at noon at Rock Island National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. Arrangements are by Ryan-Parke Funeral Home, Park Ridge.

She was the daughter of the late Nellie and Joseph Dugan; beloved mother of Patricia (Anthony) Rickter, Michael (Karen) Johnson and Thomas (Claudia) Johnsen; devoted grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of 10; dearest sister of Joanne DeVrieze, Martha Krueger, Pauline Britton, Mary Rita Daxon and John Dugan. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Helen Polka, Betty Terneoy and Bernadine DeWitt; and a brother, Paul Dugan.
