David and Debora Gulbrandsen, Pecatonica, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna, to Tucker Blaser, son of Mel and Susan Blaser, Rock Island.

Anna graduated from Pecatonica High School and Millikin University. She is employed as a business analyst for Sendouts LLC, St. Louis.

Tucker graduated from Rockridge High School, Monmouth College and John Marshall Law School. He is a senior associate for the law firm Brown & James P.C., St. Louis.

The couple is planning a November 2012 wedding in St. Louis.
