The pair of Quad-Cities swimmers bowed out of the State Finals in the preliminaries on Thursday.

Rock Island's Kelly Bishop finished 44th out of the 45 qualifiers in the 100-yard butterfly, touching in 1:00.49.

Moline's Allison Patch finished 55th in the 55-swimmer field in the 100 backstroke. Her time was 1:00.89.
