Alleman will play in Friday's Class 4A state championship game with two All-State players on the field. Senior running back/defensive back Adam Hoogerwerf and senior defensive back Sean Wetherell were named to the Class 4A Illinois Football Coaches Association All-State team.

The Class 2A list featured four local players. Morrison senior linebacker Calvin Harridge, Mercer County senior quarterback Tanner Matlick, Orion senior running back/defensive back Dylan Schultz and Annawan-Wethersfield senior lineman Michael Smith all made the list.

Making it in Class 1A was United senior running back Michael Olin. Erie-Prophetstown senior running back Zach Inskeep and Monmouth-Roseville junior running back Martel Hunter both made the Class 3A team.
