Arthur Kramer, 101, of Fulton, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center North, Clinton, Iowa.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Bosma-Renkes, Fulton, with visitation noon to services. Burial is at Fulton Township Cemetery, Fulton.
He was born on Aug. 14, 1911, in Garden Plain, Ill., to Henry and Katie Decker Kramer. He married Ella A. Pessman on Dec. 17, 1965.
Surviving are his wife; brother, Marvin Kramer, Fulton; 14 nieces; six nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers, Clarence Kramer and Elmer Kramer.
