Ellen Delores Carter, 59, of Bettendorf, died Nov. 20, 2012, at Trinity Bettendorf.
Per Ellen's wishes, there will be no service. Arrangements are by McGinnis-Chambers, Bettendorf.
She was born Aug. 28, 1953, in Tyler, Texas, to Garvin and Ruby Nell Weaver. She married William Carter Aug. 20, 1971, in Lakeside, Calif.
She is survived by her husband; sons, Donald, David and Daniel, all of Bettendorf; four grandchildren; sisters, Marilyn Schaffer and Sandy Barnett, Waco, Texas; sister-in-law Donna Ricker, of Eldridge.
