James W. Murphy, 64, of Davenport, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at his home.
Memorial services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic, Bettendorf. Burial is at St. Ann's Cemetery, Long Grove. Irish wake is 7 p.m. Friday at Quarter Til Tap, Rock Island. Arrangements are by Halligan-McCabe-DeVries, Davenport.
He married Marilyn Fontenoy in 1972.
Surviving are daughters, Tina Langrell, Donna Carlile, Erin Price; eight grandchildren; siblings, Marjorie Barrett, Dan, Muriel Murphy-Martinez, Janice Gaertnier, Michael.
