Danny L. Connell, 60, of Davenport, died Dec., 3, 2012, at VA Hospitals, Iowa City.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Runge, Davenport. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. today. Burial is at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
He was born Sept. 8, 1952, in Davenport to Jack and Rosemary Connell.
He served in the U.S. Army seeing active duty in the Gulf War.
Survivors include his mother, Rosemary King, Bettendorf; brother, Michael (Cathy), Aledo; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; brother John; and sister, Holly Mobley.
