CAMBRIDGE -- Noah Freeman, 27, of Aurora, on Thursday entered a negotiated guilty plea in Henry County Circuit Court to Class 1 felony possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and was sentenced to seven years in prison, two years mandatory supervised release and various fines and fees including a $2,000 drug assessment fee. Charges of Class X felony manufacture/delivery of cocaine and Class X felony possession of cocaine with intent to deliver were dropped. Charges were filed Sept. 25 after a search warrant was executed at a Kewanee home the day before. Judge Ted Hamer accepted the plea agreement.
