Robert "Bob" C. Payne, 60, Edgington, formerly Bettendorf, died Jan. 1, 2013, at Clarissa Cook Hospice, Bettendorf.
Graveside service are 11 a.m. Saturday at Davenport Memorial Park Mausoleum. Celebration is noon at Ducky's Lagoon, Andalusia. Cremation was accorded.
He married Sandra Taber. They divorced. He married Billie Schroeder. They divorced.
Surviving are mother, Joanne; children, Heather Desseyn, Kayla Peterson; stepson, Matthew Ellis; siblings, David, Clayton, Kathy Wilcox, Julie Williams; seven grandchildren.
