CAMBRIDGE — James Ernstes, 30, of Annandale, Va., has been charged with Class 1 felony cannabis trafficking, Class 1 felony possession with intent to deliver and Class 2 felony possession of cannabis following his arrest on Dec. 30.
Henry County Circuit Court Judge Carol Pentuic set bail at $250,000 and set a preliminary hearing for Jan. 7. Mr. Ernstes said he would hire private counsel.
